Individuals trying to rent these rooms should be told that they could be in a second or third floor, very long flight of steps, and there are no elevators. Not good. If you have big suitcases.

Great location, nice apartment but noisy
Positive: We liked the location, very close to the restaurants and multiple sites
Negative: They could install better windows, the ones they have now are just venetian’s blinds and all the sound from the outside travels inside. And people like to Bals their music in Puerto Rico! It was very difficult to sleep with all the noise.
