Modern 4-Bedroom Penthouse in historic Old San Juan

The host was extremely prompt. The location is fantastic - safe, accessible to all the sites and restaurants. Only observation, which is in the property description, is that this apartment is on the 5th floor and the climb may not be appropriate for everyone, especially if you are carrying heavy luggage. With that said, there are two balconies in the apartment with amazing views of the city.

Our group of four loved this place! It was spacious, the AC kept everything cool and comfortable, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Old San Juan. The highlight was definitely the two balconies—such a great bonus for relaxing and taking in the view.We’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the area. Just a heads-up: it’s a penthouse unit, which means a climb up five flights of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you’re packing heavy or have mobility concerns, you might want to consider a unit on a lower floor.

Nice place with a great location but be aware of some imperfections Positive: The place was nice with a great overlook of the city. The beds were comfortable despite only being queen sized. Very secure. Negative: The trek up five floors of stairs was difficult with our bags. If there is food left anywhere, even just briefly on the kitchen counter, ants find it fast. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and went on and off. One of the bedrooms requires you to go through another bedroom to get there.
